This was a great replacement for our 15 year old stove that stopped working. We appreciate all the features such as the convection, various burner sizes, heavy-duty metal knobs, food probe, and attractive appearance. I do wish that the glass top had some type of slight texture to prevent easy smearing and streaks, but it's not that big of a deal. We really are happy with our new stove so far.

Only gave it 4 stars because the back of the range is goes all the way down so it sticks out further than I want because the outlet is on the floor. My previous ranges had a cutouts the back near the bottom to accommodate floor mounted outlets. Yes. I'm in an older home so the outlets were often mounted on the floor.

Cooktop Replaced Due to Crack - Non Warranty

We recently discovered a small crack in cooktop (non-warranty item) which quickly turned into large one rendering stovetop unusable. I had to wait a couple of weeks to order cooktop part, yet just last week ordered it online and it shipped UPS and we had it in a couple of days. Called our local Frigidaire appliance service vendor Tatro's - Barre VT yesterday and they were able to squeeze us in for today. Repair went well and unit is up and running again. Having helped out technician on this service call, I recommend definitely have an assistant, if you take it on yourself. Purchased this unit in Oct 2024 and other than cooktop crack unit has met all our expectation and given us an opportunity to enjoy cooking new recipes.

The electronics panel on the stove is faulty. I purchased it on April 2 and it was delivered on April 4. I had to call for service that day. The repair man said he had never seen anything like it. Lowe™€™s exchanged it for the same model and the second stove had the same issue.

Elements get hot almost instantly, almost has fast as a gas range. The burner bridge is a nice touch. Air fryer function works great. Same with the convection cooking. The Steam Roasting makes a little bit of a mess in the bottom of the oven. I recommend putting the water in a pan instead of directly on the bottom of the oven. The oven puts out a lot of heat on the back. I suggest not pushing the range against the wall. I can't hear the timer alarm. My wife says it is loud. Apparently my hearing aids do not pick up the frequency.

I researched many electric range brands and models and decided to go with this Frigidaire model. I love the ceramic top - will never go back to coils - as it heats up faster and holds heat longer. I turn the burner off a couple of minutes before a sauce or rice or whatever is cooking and find that works great. The oven heats up quickly but I think it also cools more quickly as well because there is no exposed bottom element. I find there are actually more bake/roast options than I would normally use but now I may actually use them. I have not used the air fry setting yet. It seems you should have a specific rack for that setting , which is not included with the range purchase. The storage drawer below the stove is also a good size for storing frying pans, etc. And overall this range felt better built than some of the other models that are of equivalent price. I am glad I went into the store to check them out in person, as it helped confirm my choice of this one.

Replaced old range in order to obtain convection oven. Love crispy food and this range/oven delivers. Glass top cleans up with some elbow grease and store bought cleaner/polish. I like the "griddle" feature. It combines heating elements that reach across the length of a store bought griddle. Little tricky to get all elements coordinated heat wise but with practice I will master that.

I™€™ve never owned a stove that didn™€™t have the burners showing. It not only looks smooth and sleek, but does a great job cooking. The oven stays hot for quite awhile after turned off, so I left it open and got some extra hwat from the open over door. The stainless steel is so attractive and I just love it.
