We've had the range for just over a year. For the most part, it is a great addition to the kitchen. This is a household occupied with only two mature adults. However, the stovetop controls are not user-friendly, especially the controls for the various burner sizes. It is not clear, without a magnifying glass, or turning the control and watching the burner glow. Also, the decorative trim is deteriorating in the front. In less than a year, this is unacceptable quality.

I love the look of this range and the air fryer feature. However, the top scratches very easily and hard to keep clean. Additionally the Wi-Fi connect on the smart home app works in consistently and has only worked for me for one week before it booted me out multiple times again and again and again and again. I've given up on using my app to turn on the range or use any of those functionality.

The electric top surface is really fragile and hard to clean. All of the paint is already stripping from cleaning with soap and water. The spills such as boiling water that deposits on the top of the range does not wipe clean. Pretty disappointed with that having said that on a good note, I'll love the air fry feature. It cooks the food beautifully

I couldn't be more disappointed with what I consider to be an expensive range. The stove has basic design flaws - you cannot read the dials because there isn't enough contrast. While this may seem small, I have to keep a flashlight by the stove so I can check the settings. Ridiculous. I'm going to have put stickers on the dials or use a permanent marker to make them readable.

I really like the look of this range BUT I am constantly messing with the wifi connection to my Smart Things APP. Also, the heat takes a long time unless it's the "rapid boil" top. The others take forever to heat up and either it's really HOT or not hot enough.

Great Features, but flawed implementation.

This stove has some great features but does lack in some design aspects and in quality. The three-size burner is nice, but the knob is difficult to read. The numbers are small and there is no immediate indication of which setting you are using. In the past, we have always put a drip pan under the oven burner element. However, the element is flush with the bottom of the oven, leaving no place to collect spills. By the way, we are both retired and eat out often. Ergo, the stove is not used that much. In spite of low usage, the paint on the front trim is peeling away. Our last stove was a Kenmore smooth top surface and held up for 20 years. We have had this stove for just under a year, and I do not believe this stove will make it beyond 10.

This electric range performs better than expected. Range has three cooking options: traditional, with fan, and air fry (speciality). All three perform as expected. Cooktop burners are practically instantaneous heat and evenly distributed. Electronic controls are touch activated and will require some learning. The Wi-Fi connection is a 3.5 star. Installation was a breeze. You'll need a electronic chord (I used the one off existing range).

Terrible Settings

the knobs turn on with a slight nudge, which is a danger for children! the heat setting numbers are white font on a silver knob. you cannot see what setting the burner is on! can't the setting numbers be red? next, the front left burner has two pan size heating areas. turning the knob to the left heats the small ring starting with hi. turning it right starts the large ring on hi. the burner on the right has three heating rings. turning the knob to the left turns the small ring on hi. turning the knob to the right turns on the large heating ring to lo. why the difference? turning it straight down heats the middle ring. ask online support, and they say i should read the manual. photos show settings when i use flash. the oven is slightly better.

Makes cooking less of a chore

we got this oven to replace the one that came with our house from 2003, a bare-bones model with no bells and whistles. while we were looking for a new range with features like a functional preheat setting and a consistent cooking temperature, we also wanted a range that would co-exist in our already established smart home ecosystem, and this fits the bill, it tells our tv and phones when the preheat is done and more. the convection fan makes cooking faster and the temperature more even, the cooktop's rapid boil settings makes getting started a breeze, and the warming center is great as well. the air fry option is a bit of a gimmick, but seems to work well enough. the inside of the oven is huge, with plenty of room to cook. i received compensation for this review but the review is my own.

i had this range delivered in october 2020 and i like it more every day. the features make it easier to cook than ever, including fast boil, double & triple size burners, warming burner & warming oven. the safety lock creates peace of mind when children are over, and the smartthings wifi app allows me to monitor and change cooking settings with my phone. the convection oven settings provide overall even cooking and shorter cook times. i'm very satisfied with this purchase. i received compensation for this review but the review is my own.

the features on this range are great. the ability tomutilize the app in order to monitor the cooktops and the oven settings while upstairs is a plus. also the air fry mode is really a joy and it comes with a basket. overall this range is a major upgrade over my previous product.

recently renovated all my appliences in my kitchen.decided on the black stainless steel. everywhere her in houston was on back order. finally found it here.. all my appliance i bought are samsung and back stainless steel. i can not say anything less than how amazing all my appliance look in my brand new kitchen!!!! me being an air fryer fan i knew this was the stove for me ... and definitely has met all my expectations. this stove with an airfryer is what has amazed all of my friends!!!

the range is great with many features. i like that panel goes dim and only clock is displayed. until you touch it to punch in a function you need. stove is spacious. only draw back is with knobs on the front, they can easily be turned on when bumping into them (for example when reaching for a microwave or cabinet above) it does require slight push in and then turning, but it does happen. range makes a noise when that happen, if you pay attention to the sound its a que that heating element is on. also heat goes off fast and noticeable fairly quickly. just make sure to try and keep top of the range empty to avoid burning something by accident. i received compensation for this review but the review is my own.

Cooktop with stains!

cooktop hold oil stain not easy to remove, almost permanently, making your kitchen and range look dirty and old, even though is new! my ge previous range did not do that.
